CBCT:
Scans can be sent via a secure internet connection provided by my office
(click here). Alternatively,
your office can burn DICOM data onto a CD/flash drive and send to my
office (click here).
If relevant, please provide specific CLINICAL
FINDINGS and/or MEDICAL
HISTORY information.
ISOLATED DIGITAL IMAGES:
Digital images (panoramic, cephalometric, intraoral) can be send via a secure
internet connection provided by my office (click here),
as an email attachment (click here),
or your office can burn the dataset of relevant images onto a CD/flash drive and send
to my office via first class mail or FedEx (click here).
If relevant, please provide specific CLINICAL
FINDINGS and/or MEDICAL
HISTORY information.
